Full Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Perform general duties related to accounts payable and receivable.

  • General administration and other ad hoc duties as they arise.

  • Data entry with high accuracy.

  • Generating Invoices and reports.

  • Recording transactions.

    Ideally requires 2 years experience in a similar role.


  • AAT qualifications would be beneficial and supported.

    A well-established successful company working within the field of IT recycling, we are looking for a part time accounts administrator.

    Working with a friendly small team, the role requires someone with prior experience in all areas of book-keeping.

    We are looking for someone with confidence and who is a self-starter, who would enjoy taking ownership and developing the role, whilst working along side our internal accountant.,
  • Strong numerical skills.

  • Proven ability to problem-solve.

  • Excellent administration skills, methodical with good attention to detail.

  • Computer literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

  • Good organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines, Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
