Accounts Semi Senior

The successful candidate will join our friendly team, based in Colchester city centre. Using computerised accounting files, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function to a varied client base.

Duties and responsibilities will include preparing client financial statements, bookkeeping, VAT returns, assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts, liaising with clients to resolve queries and carrying out administrative duties.

Working with our supportive team, you will be trained to progress in the role, with excellent opportunities for internal promotion and development. For the right candidate there may be the option to study for the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification.

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior for our Colchester Office who is either AAT or QBE at that level, preferably with practice experience., To be considered candidates should have good computer skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
