Full Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will perform various tasks to assist the broader team, the role necessitates a collaborative person who can adapt and provide efficient support to colleagues as needed. Responsibilities include data entry, record maintenance, and scheduling service inspections with tenants. A proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines are essential within this role.

Training for the use of internal systems will be provided, however, a solid working knowledge of IT packages is desirable, especially with confidence in using Excel.

The role demands:

- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The Housing Assets and Development Centralised Admin Team is seeking to expand their busy Admin Team. The new team member will support the Building Safety and Compliance Teams by aiding Team Managers, Project Managers, and Contractors in ensuring borough-wide compliance in relation to Gas Safety, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Lifts, Legionella and Asbestos regulations., Top tip when applying - As we've got a new recruitment system the application process has changed a little and we hope you'll like it!
