The Role will include, amongst others, the following duties:

• Looking after our Landlords and Tenants


• Generating and conducting viewings whilst securing applications & offers


• Conduct property Inspections, inventories, check in, check outs.


• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors for maintenance enquiries


• Assisting in the preparation of contracts for new tenancies


• Responding to all incoming enquiries and carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the application process


• Assisting with general tenancy management


• Prepare property documents and property particulars ready for marketing


• Generating valuations


• Participating in local community projects and initiatives


• Assist with ad-hoc office duties as and when required

· Experience in administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to use own initiative and be highly organised and efficient

· Professionalism

· Driver's license and daily access to own vehiclE (mileage allowance will be paid)

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Customer focused with the ability to build long term relationships and rapport

· Knowledge of Huddersfield area

· Excellent time keeping

· Flexible and able to prioritise workload,
• familiarity of the local area of Huddersfield


• Driving licence with own car (business mileage allowance will be paid)
