Supporting all aspects of Functional Skills provision ensuring high quality standards are applied to all aspects of the team's function. Ensuring that the service provided meets the elevated expectations of both of internal and external customers. The post holder will be a key person in all initial administration for all apprenticeship and vocational provision., Administer and support the Functional Skills Team with all general Administration, including all aspects of Initial Administration., Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is in the top 25 per cent of all community trusts for overall staff engagement in the 2021 NHS National Staff Survey.

+ Record workshops and produce registers to appropriate deadlines.
+ Record feedback and evaluation results from workshop and share this with programme leads.
+ Support the Apprentice Centre Administration Manager in collating data for reporting.
+ Update Ecordia contact log following receipt of workshop registers.
+ Respond to both internal and external queries in relation to Functional Skills in a professional manner forwarding messages where appropriate.
+ Invigilate examinations for Functional Skills or End Point Assessments as required.
+ Use knowledge of social media to promote the Apprentice Centre Team.
+ Assist the Apprentice Centre Team to keep processes updated through knowledge of IT.
+ Be able to provide general administrative support within the Apprentice Centre Team.
+ Actively contribute to own and team development undertaking training programmes as identified in behaviour and performance appraisal.
+ To prioritise work commitments to meet the needs of the service and to manage work time effectively.
+ To attend team meetings and contribute to the development of the service.
+ Provide administrative support to the functional skills team for initial administrative support.
+ Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Assessment team for all initial administrative support.

Important Information: All new employees will be subject to a charge if a DBS check is required for the post. The Disclosure & Barring Service application form (formerly CRB) will be provided by LCHS and the fee will be deducted from your salary over a maximum of a 6 month period.
