Shadow a Rand Engineer to learn:

• Install Threaded Pipework


• Steel Fabrications


• Welded Pipework


• Working under supervision from a senior engineer whilst undertaking works that will include manufacturing of components through to installation and completion at site, The learner will be studying the Engineering Fitter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification


• Day release to West Suffolk College


• Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held
  
  Communication skills, Attention to detail, Logical, Team working, GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 5-9) Essential
