Full Job Description

Assist the Membership Administration Manager to ensure all membership and Direct Debits are process in line with procedures.

Provide financial reporting as required and run complex reports

Management of incoming emails - supporting the team on enquires, memberships and complex customer complaints.

Significant experience of working in an administration team

6 months supervisory/ staff management experience

Ability to work at a fast-pace whilst managing multiple tasks

Computer literacy, with specific knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint,

  • Administrative: 1 year (required)

  • working in a fast paced environment: 1 year (required)

  • Direct Debit collections and processing Direct Debits: 1 year (required)
