Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager

A part time bookkeeper/accounts manager is required to be responsible for the in-house accounting at Moore Place Hotel, which is a 63-bedroom Hotel located in Aspley Guise Village, close to Woburn, Milton Keynes and a few minutes from MI junction 13.

The Hotel uses a Xero accounting system plus Fourth external payroll system and the successful candidate will use and therefore need have experience of operating these systems, or similar. This will necessarily also include monitoring and balancing daily receipts, posting and maintenance of the sales ledger, checking and paying of supplier invoices and overall control of the Hotel payroll, plus dealing will any other accounting related matters that may arise from time-to-time.

Previous employment in a similar environment plus a recognised trade background would be preferable.
