Business Information Systems Analyst

As our Business Information Systems Analyst, your role will involve reviewing internal systems and processes, making recommendations, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency within our organisation.,

• Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders and teams to research, gather, document, and validate business requirements for improving internal systems and processes.


• Develop comprehensive reports to support recommendations for improvements, detailing potential impacts such as costs, benefits, and risks.


• Adapt or create new systems to support MCS's strategies.


• Improve, optimise, and document current IT systems within the business.


• Design and implement systems and software solutions in collaboration with business managers and IT teams.


• Organise testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of systems.


• Provide training and ongoing support to users navigating the new and existing systems.
  
  Are you someone with hands-on experience enhancing internal systems and processes, boosting efficiency along the way?, Proven analytical, innovation, and problem-solving skills


• At least 5 years' experience in business systems analysis


• Strong leadership and project management skills to drive the completion of projects


• Understanding of databases and tools such as SQL


• Strong Excel skills including pivots


• Solid verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical people


• Excellent organisation skills, while being flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances


• The ability to collaborate with others


• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team


• The ability to perform well under pressure, business systems analysis: 5 years (required)
