Full Job Description

As a Care Assistant across Morley and surrounding areas (LS27), you will provide care and support to meet individual personal care needs.

Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.



  • Pay: £12.30 p/hr drivers, £11.50 p/hr walkers
  • Mileage - 45p per mile drivers (average payment of £71 every 4 weeks) & 20p per mile cyclists

  • Full-time

  • : up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher., As a Care Assistant, you will be offered a full-time working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift pattern, which includes:

  • Alternate weekends

  • Early Shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm

  • Late Shifts: 4:00pm - 10:00pm


  • Example shift pattern:
  • Week 1: 3 full day working week (average of 36 hours per week)

  • Week 2: 4 full day working week (average of 48 hours per week)
