Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term/ secondment clinic prep clerk within the department of Women & Children's Division. This is a 10 month temporary position.

Are you enthusiastic, efficient, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We want YOU to be a part of our dedicated Patient Administration Team. As a valued member of our Clinic Preparation team you'll embark on a fulfilling journey that promises growth and satisfaction.

What you'll do:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure a seamless patient experience by guaranteeing that all case notes are readily available for clinic appointments. Your sharp attention to detail will be put to the test as you ensure each set of notes contains all the necessary paperwork and essential correspondence. By doing so, you'll be a driving force behind the SFHT Patient Pathway, promoting efficiency and excellence in healthcare services.
