As a Clinical Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you'll play a key role in the daily running of our specialist care service.

When open, Laurel Place will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities., You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that the home runs effectively and efficiently, and manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to drive quality and maintain high standards of care

Youll lead a team of Unit Managers, Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to ensure thatthey meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of our service users

Laurel Place will have 32 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across three units and six apartments. With this small group living, weve found were able to provide a homely and supportive environment thats more responsive to peoples needs.
