Complex Care Support Worker

Our team are committed to providing you with all the necessary training required to become fully competent in all aspects of specialised care, including tracheostomy, ventilator, postural and respiratory management, and PEG feeding. Rest assured that you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and competent in providing the highest quality of care.,

• We're seeking someone who is passionate about providing quality care to a gentleman with a neurological condition.


• In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex care, to include bespoke personal care, pressure care, moving and handling, guided physiotherapy, speech therapy, oral care routines, transgastric jejunal tube care and the administering of feed and medication via tube.


• Prior to starting, you will undergo comprehensive training to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the complex care required.


• You will be working one-to-one with the service user, who lives with his wife.
  
  Flexible availability.


• A current DBS if possible (Paper or Update Service).


• A driving license (Preferred for the day shifts only)


• To be able to work days, waking nights and alternate weekends.


• A friendly nature.


• Complex care experience (Preferred).


• Good communication skills, As a support worker, your role will involve making a significant difference in the quality of life of our service user.
