Full Job Description

  • Carry out condition-based monitoring regime as per defined asset database routes. Continually Improve defined condition monitoring routes.

  • Carry out the interpretation, analysis, and compilation of detailed reports.

  • Reporting asset defects to the client and entering notifications on the client's ERP system.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce downtime on equipment.

  • Deliver CBM know-how using techniques and methodologies to optimize regime.

  • Carry out first line maintenance activities, assessing and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Liaise with the client regarding asset condition issues as identified during day-to-day duties.

  • Carrying out repairs and modifications to issues found whilst carrying out condition monitoring duties as required in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Demonstrating and promoting Health and Safety in the workplace - felt leadership

  • Assisting with training of the client's operational personnel as and when required.

  • To assist and implement downtime reduction projects as and when required.

  • Deputize for Reliability Lead as and when required.

  • Prioritize workload in line with production priorities.

  • Manage and drive IOT notifications from Smart Asset Management database.


  • + Attend regular meetings with ERIKS Remote Monitoring Centre team to review performance of plant assets and telemetry, implementing actions on Smart Asset Management dashboard.
