Full Job Description

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, talented, problem solver that wants grow with the company. This role involves a degree of operational management by means of seeing a project through its lifecycle. This involves being responsible of the project from issuing of contracts through our in-house design department and manage the relationship of the Approved Installer and domestic client. You will be based in Leeds with your own office, company car and all necessary equipment provided.

Duties

-Managing projects from post tender stage through to completion

-Managing the Contractual Agreements between all parties.

-Overseeing a smooth client experience.

-Negotiating costs for Approved Installers.

-Negotiation on finances and specialist orders.

-Responsible for the clients build pack which includes calculations, architectural drawings and 3D model.

-Attend sites nationwide if required and meet with Approved |Installers and domestic clients.

    ecoTrus a SME with big plans, we are only 3.5 years old but nearly at 4 million turnover. We create light gauge steel loft conversion systems of which we own the patents to in both the UK and Europe. the ecoTrus system adds floors to domestic properties in just days instead of weeks or months in traditional methods.   • The system took off massively and with our initial business model was our company installing the system we quickly hit capacity and needed to outsource installation.

    In 2022 we build a state-of-the-art training centre and made the shift to an approved installer model adopting a similar approach as Velux, by operating trained approved installers covering selected areas of the UK. We now have approximately 20 companies we are actively working with many more waiting to be trained.

    40k plus depending on experience and subject to probationary period.
