Conveyancing Solicitor

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can work on their own initiative whilst maintaining our strong team ethos. The successful candidate must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE and will be responsibile for managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of residential property transactions, such as freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, and shared ownership schemes. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and expectations are managed throughout the transaction. They will also be responsible for conducting searches, drafting contracts, liaising with other parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. The candidate will maintain accurate records and ensure files are up-to-date, as well as develop and maintain client relationships.

· Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing

· Strong technical knowledge and experience of handling a varied caseload of
conveyancing matters

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Client-focused with the ability to manage client expectations effectively

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
