Full Job Description

  • Provide an exceptional level of service to our customers ensuring that all communication is both professional and positive.

  • Always display a polite and professional telephone manner.

  • Liaise with the relevant people in the business to resolve problems and answer queries via telephone, email and working to a 'first call' resolution target.

  • Play an integral part in building relationships with our customers.

  • Provide an escalation point for every eventuality thereby inspiring confidence with the customer as the 'go-to' contact.

The role will report directly to the Customer Operations Manager., Friendly, Personable and Positive

  • Superb organisational and computer skills, along with timely and accurate typing skills


  • Experience
  • 3-4 years' experience as a customer service advisor resolving customer issues ideally with regard to technical products

  • 3-4 years general administration experience

  • Using office systems including databases and MS Office packages

  • Managing and resolving difficult situations

  • Proactive delivery of solutions, A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

  • Administrative: 3 years (preferred)

    Due to the location of the premises a full driving license and own transport is required.,
