Full Job Description
- Provide an exceptional level of service to our customers ensuring that all communication is both professional and positive.
- Always display a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Liaise with the relevant people in the business to resolve problems and answer queries via telephone, email and working to a 'first call' resolution target.
- Play an integral part in building relationships with our customers.
- Provide an escalation point for every eventuality thereby inspiring confidence with the customer as the 'go-to' contact.

The role will report directly to the Customer Operations Manager., Friendly, Personable and Positive - Enjoys working with and speaking to people.

- An inquisitive mindset with a helpful, friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
- Natural ability for written communication with a high standard of grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- Superb organisational and computer skills, along with timely and accurate typing skills
- 3-4 years' experience as a customer service advisor resolving customer issues ideally with regard to technical products
- 3-4 years general administration experience
- Using office systems including databases and MS Office packages
- Managing and resolving difficult situations
- Proactive delivery of solutions, A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
