Full Job Description

Customer Service Advisor x2 (18.75 hours per week flexible over 5 days), This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Contact team, to be a key part of the delivery and offer support to our customers along with excellent customer service. The main purpose of this role is to work with both customers, colleagues and managers across the business ensuring that we as a team meet and deliver our values. You will have a genuine passion to work with people, helping to build respect, trust and understanding.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Call handling in accordance with scripts for general enquiry calls and maintenance/repair enquiries.

  • Comply with all communicated policies, procedures, and codes of practice, manuals, and initiatives.

  • Complete in-house training to be competent to deal with calls and enquiries.

  • Remain confidential while processing sensitive information relating to tenants, clients and other customers maintained confidentially.

  • Raising Repairs on our in-house system

    Our ideal candidate will: Be a strong communication who is able to liaise effectively at all levels.

  • Have experience of working in a customer facing role

  • Confidence in written communication

  • Good administrative skills

  • Have a flexible and innovative approach.

  • This role will be based initially full time between the Leeds Federated main office (The Tannery, LS3 1HS) and or main repairs contractors' office before the possibility of moving to a hybrid approach.
