Full Job Description
- Communicate face to face and via telephone to assist patients with their enquiries providing a friendly and efficient service.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage patient enquiries.
- Use electronic patient record system to make appointment bookings and amendments.
- Support events within the local community.
