Full Job Description

Reporting to the Damp, Mould and Disrepair Manager, the post holder will be working in an admin team of two, as well as closely working with a wider team of Building Surveyors. In addition to carrying out administrative duties, the post holder will assist City of Doncaster Council's legal department by collating internal documentation on any incoming Disrepair cases so standard disclosure can be completed.

The successful candidate will be a hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills, who possesses the ability to remain calm and clear-thinking when under pressure and has excellent organisational skills. The successful applicant for the role must be IT literate ensuring case notes, inspection reports and asset data are accurately recorded on the appropriate systems. Possessing great communication skills would be a must to deal with incoming enquiries and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion.
