Early Years Practitioner

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's needs
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
