Early Years Teaching Assistant

To work in the babyroom, toddler room or pre-school room, providing support to children aged 0-4; to ensure the needs of every child are met; to work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious and flexible curriculum, which is driven by the children's interests and curiosity; to have an excellent knowledge of child development in order to accurately observe and assess children.

Operational responsibilities:

To ensure, through good practice, that the Nursery consistently meets the requirements set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage to a minimum 'good' standard; to maintain regular staff supervisions; to ensure that all policies and procedures of the Nursery are adhered to.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant in an Early Years setting near Carlton, Nottinghamshire. This permanent position is to start asap, but the start date can be flexible.
