  • Curriculum Development and Enhancement: Review and recommend improvements to educational content and teaching strategies, ensuring they are inclusive and adapted to diverse learning styles, particularly for neurodiverse students.

  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions for educators and staff, focusing on DEI practices, recognizing and supporting neurodiversity, and effective inclusion techniques.

  • Policy Formulation: Assist in the development and implementation of educational policies that promote equity and access, ensuring they align with current educational standards and practices in the UK.

  • Program Evaluation: Conduct assessments of ongoing programs to identify areas for improvement, ensure alignment with DEI goals, and measure the impact of initiatives aimed at supporting underrepresented groups.
