Full Job Description

  • Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing.

  • Engage with residents in a customer-facing capacity.

  • Collaborate effectively with schedulers and management.

  • Use an electronic PDA to complete certificates and job cards.

    Experience in social housing electrical projects.

  • Relevant qualifications including the 18th edition, NVQ3.

  • Possession or working towards C&G2391.

  • Proficient in working both individually and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office programmes and email.

  • Proficient in identifying and repairing issues on a domestic EICR

    The works will be based on price work with a guaranteed minimum earning of £128.00 P/D. Realistic earnings of >£200 per day undertaking 3-4 EICRs within social housing properties.
