Full Job Description

The Pagabo group are a rapidly growing group specialising in Procurement and SaaS products. Reporting directly to the Group Financial controller you will have the opportunity of collaborative working across all departments within the Pagabo Group. Ideally you will have proven experience as a finance manager and some line management experience and you will be one of the main points of contact for all stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities

- Maintaining accurate accounts across the group including allocation of payments and processing of sales and purchase invoicing.

- Month-end responsibilities including the calculation of accruals, prepayments, and deferred income.

- Shared responsibility of inbound queries internal and external covering payroll and expenses, credit control and invoicing.

- Production of month end control account reconciliations for review by the Financial Controller.

- Liaising across the group with key stakeholders to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting of revenues and costs.

- This role has flexibility of hybrid working but would require at least three days a week in the office.

Key contacts - internal and external

- Outside of the finance team, the key stakeholders in the business will be the commercial teams around invoicing and reconciliation as well as senior leadership for reporting.

- Whilst the role is primarily internal customer facing, queries from external customers may come around through inbox queries or the provision of customer statements.

Candidates should be part qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with minimum two years' experience in management accounts reporting.

- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage etc.).

- Competent use of intermediate Microsoft Excel formatting and data manipulation (pivot tables, lookups etc.).

- This role would suit someone with an analytical mind who has good critical thinking skills.

- Work well within a small team and be able to communicate well with financial and non-financial management.,
