FP&A Transformation Analyst

The Reporting Centre of Excellence (RCoE) is a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) centre of excellence who manages forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and planning transformation for the Britvic Group. This role will be a project-based role that will focus on supporting the RCoE Manager in implementing new Planning / Forecasting and Analytic based solutions as part of FP&A transformation strategies., 1. Supports the implementation of joint business planning solutions in Anaplan
2. Support in the requirement gathering and design creation of new solutions
3. Liaise with other finance functions and commercial teams to become subject matter expert
4. Work with IT consultants to ensure that solutions are being created according to signed of designs
5. Do detailed UAT testing and offer solutions when outcomes are not as desired
6. Creation of Analytical Reporting in SAC Analytics, AFTER APPLYING, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE APPLICATION HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AND YOU WILL NEED TO LOGIN AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS, ENSURING THAT ALL BOXES MARKED WITH A RED STAR

  The key to success in this role is to support in the implementation & testing of solutions (in Anaplan and SAP Analytics Cloud), to have attention to detail, be highly organised, able to work under pressure, communicate effectively and to be a strong team player.


The role sits in a Finance function, however an accountancy background is not essential, rather the ability to understand/learn financial outputs is required. In addition, a desire to work with non-financial metrics such as, ESG (Environmental, social, and governance) and other related activities that support the wider-business transformation strategies., 1. Come from a MI/BI background or equivalent
2. Good understanding of financial and accounting processes (Not essential, but must be able to pick up required knowledge)
3. Have experience in using SAC Analytics Designer and Anaplan modelling or demonstrate the ability to learn (training will be given)
4. Must be able to work with mass data (500k+ rows of dataMust have the ability to understand the importance of data setup (e.g. Flat Tables etc)
