Full Job Description

Working as one of our Recruitment Business Partners, you will share your passion for recruitment with the homes across your divisions ensuring we recruit the right people into the right roles, giving the candidates a fantastic journey throughout the process. You will directly recruit senior level roles whilst supporting the homes in their local recruitment activities. Acting as the subject matter expert in all thing's recruitment.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with Homes/Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and challenges.

  • Attend individual home sites to offer guidance, training, and strategy with home level recruitment activities, including working with the marketing team to arrange recruitment events.

  • Supporting the homes in building their local brand as an employer of choice and forging relationships with the local communities.

  • Building pipelines of candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring we can be proactive rather than just reactive.

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Lead, Head of Recruitment and Operations Team to understand and respond to reducing the number of Agency hours.

  • Our ideal candidate must:
  • Have experience in a Recruitment Business Partnering role, being able to actively manage a number of senior level roles whilst also supporting the business by providing advice and guidance on their recruitment activity.

  • Understand how to source the best quality candidates in a challenging industry - ideally with knowledge of the care and/or hospitality sector.

  • Have experience in using applicant management systems to manage applicants and capture data.

  • Have excellent relationship building skills, providing updates and reports to key stakeholders.

  • Want to be part of a vibrant, outgoing team who support each other to achieve the best outcomes for the business, A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving license with your own vehicle.
