Home Assistant (8am -2pm shift)

We provide "relationship-based" care so that our clients get to know the same group of people who are supporting them. Our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour so there is opportunity to provide companionship to the client as well as the essential tasks they need support with. We provide care that has been described by other social care professionals as the "Marks & Spencers" of home care - professional, caring and of a quality that we would want for our own families.

We always introduce new clients and care professionals to each other so neither person is a stranger to the other.,

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit


• Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework


• Accompanying to appointments or shopping


• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Working times: We have excellent working hours which are:

• 8am start and 2pm finish OR


• 4.00pm start and 9.00pm finish.


You can also work longer days if you'd like to increase your hours.

We pride ourselves on having the most flexible hours in home care.

We ask people to commit to the same days each week with the same regular core shift times (incl alternate weekends) so that they can be matched with regular clients.,
• Market leading hourly wage of £12.25 an hour - rising to £13 an hour in April 2024
