Full Job Description

As the Teacher of A-Level Drama and Theatre at Westminster Kingsway College, you'll lead the instruction of 16-19 age learners in a dynamic and diverse Drama and Theatre curriculum. Your responsibilities will encompass planning and delivering A-Level Drama and Theatre courses, incorporating various dramatic techniques, theatrical concepts, and performance skills. You'll assess student progress, track achievements, and manage some course administration tasks. Leveraging drama resources, you'll support student productions and performances to showcase their theatrical talents and development.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering A-Level Drama and Theatre with a proven track record of success. Essential skills include the ability to plan and deliver such a program effectively. Experience in supporting and guiding students towards Higher Education or apprenticeships is desirable, as full-time teaching staff are involved in the tutorial program.
