Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the facility, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle customer complaints and special requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
