An opportunity has arisen within our IT Project Management Office for an IT Project Manager. The key purpose of this position is to be instrumental in delivering the IT Strategic Vision through the leadership of key technical changes and new system implementations in support of the global organisation.

As an IT Project Manager you will work for the head of the IT PMO as well as engage significantly with the IT Leadership Team and business executives. Within the IT PMO you will be part of the team responsible for the definition and maintenance of project standards and provide regular development updates of projects and programmes of work.

  • You will have a track record of managing and delivering successful IT application projects of all sizes over at least the last 2 or 3 years

  • You will have people/team management skills and have led cross-functional, international teams covering multiple projects simultaneously

  • You will have a natural structured approach to the management of work with an ability to deal with complex and competing constraints and issues

  • You will have the ability to influence the definition, performance, and outcomes of projects

  • You will be a team player with passion, enthusiasm, an optimistic working attitude, and be self-motivated

  • You will be highly adaptable and able to embrace change whilst having the tenacity and vision to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous environments


  • Desirables:
  • Degree level education

  • Membership of project management body

  • Experience SAP delivery projects

  • Experience of working within a PMO
