+ Has a willingness to learn and improve;
+ Works well as a team, and is committed to supporting all to reach their potential;
+ Cares passionately about children, and their development, and has high expectations of children's behaviour;
+ Has excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build on, and maintain, strong relationships with staff, pupils, parents, Governors and the wider community, and wishes to participate fully in the life of the school;
