Full Job Description
- Kitchen make up of development samples in conjunction with NPD procedures
- Dispatch of NPD samples to customers; recording in sample dispatch log
- Assist on specific NPD projects as required
- Assist NPD Manager on trials and related tasks
- Assist NPD Manager with Customer NPD presentations - new/matching
- Assist NPD Manager in taste, texture and aroma shelf life assessments
- Support NPD Manager in process, trials, development and recipe control records.
- To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.
- To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
- To ensure GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to.
- Monitor, control and minimise waste.
- Drive own personal development through training and work based experience.
To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate attention to detail; communication skills (verbal and written); IT Literate. (able to use Word, Excel and Outlook) ; Is self-motivated; Organized and methodical; Has a positive attitude to work colleagues and works well under pressure.
