Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently., Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and fixtures
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters, lubricating machinery, and inspecting equipment for potential issues
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Assist with supervising contractors and vendors during repair or maintenance projects
- Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping

Strong electrical knowledge and experience
- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Welding skills for metal fabrication
- Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment
- Supervisory skills to oversee contractors and vendors
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers
- Leadership abilities to take charge of maintenance projects
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and external vendors
