Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations at our office furniture factory. This hands-on role requires a combination of technical expertise, managerial skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and facilities.

Duties:

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs

- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors

- Manage the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Proven experience in a maintenance management role

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Ability to manage and maintain a variety of equipment
