Full Job Description

  • Project management of Operations projects, including change controls and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Draft validation protocols, execute validation studies, analyse validation data, and write final reports.

  • Lead on packaging validations, including stability and transit studies. Support process validation for New Product Development projects.

  • Support equipment installation, operation, and performance qualifications.

  • Resolve technical issues encountered during study execution.

  • Contribute to risk assessments and PFMEAs.

    An engineering or similar technical degree is essential and candidates will need to be highly organised, a self-starter and able to manage projects., Bachelor's (required)

    Xiros is a medical device company specialising in the design, development, manufacture, and supply of textile-based implants for the sports medicine and orthopaedic markets. We are looking for an Engineering graduate or a graduate with a similar technical degree to join our Operations team based in Yeadon, Leeds to undertake validation and project management tasks.

    The role is full-time working Monday to Friday, based at our headquarters in Yeadon. A hybrid working pattern of 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home will be considered., Starting salary £33,250 p.a. with opportunity for progression. We also offer a generous benefits package on completion of the probationary period worth approximately 15% of salary, which includes a non-contributory Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and a range of flexible benefits.
