Full Job Description

  • Working as part of a team, picking and packing products to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner

  • Quality checking items before they are sent

  • Labelling the correct packages to be sent to customers

  • Replenishing stock and assisting with the stock take on a regular basis

  • Managing stock levels online and updating internal computer software

  • Keeping stock organised, tidy and sizes re-stocked

  • Processing new stock and putting away invoices etc

  • Working to meet targets on a daily basis

  • Working as part of a team as well as individually

  • Managing customer returns and exchanges

  • Complying with Company health and Safety guidelines, GDPR and confidentiality guidelines

  • Some general admin and secretarial duties

  • Managing and keeping workspace tidy and organised at all times

  • Any additional tasks as requested by your line manager

    Able to support our busy fulfilment team during the busiest periods of the week.

  • Shift patterns will work on a day/night rotation.

  • Available to work from 7am -10pm on each working day with flexibility to work overtime/weekends if needed
