Part Time Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading materials, organising deliveries and maintaining inventory accuracy., Pick orders accurately using a hand scanner

- Pack orders and ensure timely despatch before daily cut-offs

- Manage returns and follow established processes for handling them

- Receive and book in new stock, maintaining accurate inventory records

- Assist with monthly stock takes

- Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace

- Ensure responsible disposal of packaging with our recycling partners

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations but just as important are strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail., Strong organisational skills

- A keen eye for detail

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks

- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

- A good communicator to fit in with our small, friendly team

Hours: this is a permanent, part-time position working 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday (with occasional paid overtime as required)

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour dependent upon experience
