Performance Marketing Manager - Full-time - permanent - up to £50k basic

Principle Activities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and advertising marketing strategy,

  • Understand and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

  • Prepare weekly management analytics and insights reports into advertising marketing performance.

  • Compile and analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and refine personalised marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

  • Liaise with advertising agencies.

  • Monitor industry trends and implement in the advertising campaigns.

  • Identify potential customers, developing campaigns, and managing lead generation.

  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving measurable results.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Youtube and Klaviyo.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and the latest trends in technology and e-commerce.
