Full Job Description

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Assist the Performance Marketing Manager and wider Digital Marketing / Campaign team with the effectiveness of online campaigns, with responsibility for growing our CRM database and gift card sales through Meta and Google Ads platforms

  • Assist the implementation of location marketing activity, working with retail and regional teams to make sure all information is relevant and up to date and we're maximising all marketing opportunities

  • Build key relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively execute and benchmark all digital marketing activity

  • Working with the brand, marketing and creative teams on campaigns, from conception to implementation, briefing the creative team on relevant assets needed for paid activity

  • Write briefs for digital marketing campaigns and compile asset requirements to brief creative production

  • Own a roadmap for growth & development across lead gen and gift card campaigns

  • Report on and analyse all activity, offering clear campaign feedback and insights, delivering actionable learnings and leveraging data points to inform subsequent activity

  • Use data sources and our listening platform to provide insights and shape our marketing direction

  • Work with and support the management of channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Media partner)

  • Support in budget management and the processing of invoices

  • Assist in the management of all our online customer touch points, such as Facebook locations

    3-4 year's experience in performance marketing

  • A solid understanding across performance marketing channels

  • Proven track record using Meta Business & Ads Manager and Google Ads

  • Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work to deadlines and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills

  • Strong understanding of analytical tools, Google Analytics etc.
