Potato Prep

- Peel, chop, and slice potatoes according to specific recipes and portion sizes
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Help with general kitchen duties as needed

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
