Private Client Fee Earner - Wills & Probate

We are looking for a fee earner with a minimum of 1 years' PQE in a Wills and Probates department who would like to join an enthusiastic and busy team.

You will be managing private client law issues, providing professional legal advice across a range of topics including wills and further developing your experience in probate, inheritance tax planning, setting up and managing trusts, powers of attorney, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a friendly and professional manner. The role requires a self-driven individual who is an effective communicator with excellent attention to detail and an awareness of current developments in the law. You must be a strong team player and highly organised whilst being able to work under pressure to manage your own caseloads.
