Full Job Description

We seek a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead plant and facilities maintenance speciality industrial lubes portfolio. In this pivotal role, you'll transform a product management approach to focus on strategic growth and customer-centric solutions.,

  • Strategic Product Management: Develop and implement strategic, customer-centric product and segment strategies aligned with the division's objectives.

  • Vision and Roadmap Development: Design, manage, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the plant and facilities maintenance portfolio, focusing on key growth drivers and market expansion opportunities.

  • Product Line and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the management of existing product portfolios and their lifecycles, including sales revenue, profitability tracking, and product retirement strategies aligned with best practices.

  • Market and Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market and customer research, utilise customer feedback, and perform competitive analysis to understand market trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Sales and Marketing Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies, sales tools, and digital content that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

  • Pricing and Positioning: Responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies and positioning the product segment based on detailed market research and competitor analysis.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with and guide internal and external stakeholders, including providing leadership and direction across various teams and business units to foster a collaborative environment.

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key product performance indicators, assess financial and market data, and report on trends to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.

    Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, or equivalent, showcasing a strong educational foundation.

  • Brings significant B2B product marketing or technical sales experience with a track record of sustained and profitable growth.

  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) applications.

  • Has a genuine passion for product ownership and is driven by business development opportunities.

  • Possesses strong influencing skills, with the ability to persuade and align stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Skilled in partnering and collaborating effectively with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Marketing teams across local and international contexts.

  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven to work well within a team environment.

  • Capable of delivering results through outstanding project management skills and natural leadership abilities.

  • Highly proficient in using MS Office, JD Edwards, Power BI, and HubSpot, and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

  • Fluent in written and verbal English, with additional European language skills and cross-cultural experience being advantageous.
