Product Manager

This is an amazing opportunity for a data driven and innovative Product Manager to join our friendly yet ambitious team to help shape our roadmap and releases to ensure we are the market leader in our space. This will be our first Product Manager hire, so a great career opportunity for someone to bring their experience and best practices to the table while being given the space and guidance to develop into a team lead and head of department as the function grows. We are looking for an ecommerce expert ideal within the mobile or app space to ensure we can scale effectively and meet the demands of the market and our customers.

• This role will focus on doing market, competitor and end user analysis to make data driven and qualified decisions for the direction of the product


• Using proven product management frameworks to Discover and validate and deliver new features,integrations and functionality


• By working closely with our Product Designer to create wireframes, requirement documentation and user stories, the development team will be well set up to understand deliverables that meet the acceptance criteria


• Align and translate business, technical and customer needs into tangible deliverables


• Work closely with the dev team and their workflows to define feature and deliverables in an agile manner


• Working closely with the CTO and Tech leads (iOS, Android and Web) to build the product vision, roadmap and strategy


• Collaborate with Marketing on communicating releases and functionality


• Align with Sales and Account Management to understand the need of our customers and how the product should be sold


• Complete End User Testing to ensure what has been delivered meets the requirements
  
  You are a subject matter expert within the mobile commerce and app space


• You are passionate about technology and innovation


• You are data driven and analytical, using tools and frameworks to make educated decisions


• You are resourceful and inquisitive without going down too many rabbit holes


• Communication and collaboration comes naturally to you helping to make qualitative impact in support with your data


• You have experience within Agile and SDLC (software delivery lifecycle)


• You can act in a "scrum master" type capacity to help developers plan, prioritise and stay motivated, Proven professional experience within Software Product Development


• Professional experience within the ecommerce industry either for a retail brand, ecommerce tool or agency


• Can work independently leading the full product management lifecycle


• Understanding of Web, iOS and Android tech stacks, Worked for a start up / scale up


• Worked within the mobile or app space


• Understanding of Shopify


• UX/UI and product design
