Full Job Description

The Production Engineering Department is responsible for the CNC Programming on all of the punching and profiling machines on the Clay Cross Site. All of the tooling & equipment that is required to support these processes must be maintained to ensure the machinery is always available.Support setting up new and maintaining existing processes for a reliable, capable production.Undertake machine & process capabilities on press machines and tooling as required.Support the Capacity analysis of machines in press shop.Support future layout with reference to future state of Value Stream Design by leading cross functional workshop teams.Support implementation of BPS principles on shop floor.Involvement in TPM activities.Other duties as they arise in the efficient maintenance of the systems within the Manufacturing Engineering Department.Act responsibly and pro-actively to ensure Safe and Environmentally friendly processes and workspaces according to Health and Safety regulations and internal
Environmental Protection policies.
