Full Job Description

  • Lead the development of customer, stakeholder and supply chain relationships.

  • Ensure contractual compliance and overseeing financial outcomes.

  • Establish project execution plans and manage their implementation.

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers responsible for large-scale multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Liaise and collaborate with senior stakeholders including Customer Project Directors or equivalent.

  • Develop commercial strategies in alignment with business targets.

  • Conduct regular project reviews encompassing all aspects of project delivery from financials to health & safety considerations.

  • Identify future work opportunities through relationship building with customers, suppliers, and industry peers.

    Proven Programme or Project Management experience at a senior level with evidence of delivering multi-disciplinary Infrastructure Projects

  • Civil Engineering background is essential

  • Experience of project managing Rail projects over £100m

  • Extensive knowledge of construction contract law, civil engineering techniques, procurement processes, planning and statutory processes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of leading teams and delivering with inclusion at all times

  • Strong customer/client focus with exceptional relationship management abilities
