Full Job Description
- Lead the development of customer, stakeholder and supply chain relationships.
- Ensure contractual compliance and overseeing financial outcomes.
- Establish project execution plans and manage their implementation.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers responsible for large-scale multi-disciplinary teams.
- Liaise and collaborate with senior stakeholders including Customer Project Directors or equivalent.
- Develop commercial strategies in alignment with business targets.
- Conduct regular project reviews encompassing all aspects of project delivery from financials to health & safety considerations.
- Identify future work opportunities through relationship building with customers, suppliers, and industry peers.
Proven Programme or Project Management experience at a senior level with evidence of delivering multi-disciplinary Infrastructure Projects - Civil Engineering background is essential
- Experience of project managing Rail projects over £100m
- Extensive knowledge of construction contract law, civil engineering techniques, procurement processes, planning and statutory processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of leading teams and delivering with inclusion at all times
- Strong customer/client focus with exceptional relationship management abilities
