Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Project Co-Ordinator to work on our North Leakage Projects.
As the Project Co-Ordinator, you will be part of our Leakage Projects team who are responsible for the provision of various technology led leakage solutions to our clients in the North region. Our delivery teams consist of a mix of direct, sub-contractor and agency resource.
As the Project Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for operationally supporting the successful delivery of the multiple leakage projects. You will be responsible for supporting the contract through various means. This will include data management, process controls and development opportunities, cost control and reduction, risk management, change management, KPI and delivery strategy development. You will work together with the Senior Operations Manager and front line managers responsible for operational delivery, as well as all other project stakeholders.
You will prepare site and office documentation as and when required. You will create and issue comprehensive documents and materials to all project stakeholders. Including creating and issuing job/site specific documents and materials to field teams.
You will utilise data from safety audits, training reports and KPIs to demonstrate compliance from the projects. This will include document control and tracking including ongoing detailed action log. Ensuring all stakeholders are made aware and actions are completed by owners in line with any agreed timescales. You will be confident in the management of stock ledgers and purchase orders. You will be required to liaise with all project stakeholders including senior MWS management, supply partners and clients.

You will be required to accurately create and manage performance reports relating to each workstream. This will include design and implementation of cost control and reduction strategies in conjunction with senior management and commercial stakeholders. This could be through identifying efficiencies from the data or controlling stock/inventory and procurement opportunities. This will also require a monthly summary of cost analysis and any identified control opportunities.
You will assist in the management of project health and safety, quality, and environmental matters. This will include the governance of sub-contractor and agency resource and the provision of a monthly contractor compliance summary report. You will create, maintain and improve all project data sets (streamlining multiple sources, identifying and querying data anomalies and confidently managing large, complex data sets). You will need to have an awareness with the organisation of compliance critical health and safety records. To ensure ongoing compliance (Point of work risk assessment paperwork and documentation, training records, audit records, vehicle defect paperwork).
Do you have previous experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role?

Can you prepare and interpret complex data sets and power BI reports?

Are you able to demonstrate an ability to produce and confidently present data, PowerPoint presentations and other comprehensive documentation?

Do you have solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management?

Can you demonstrate strong working knowledge of Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Microsoft Project and SharePoint?
