Full Job Description
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and address issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports, status updates, and meeting agendas.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project files.
- Support project managers in any additional tasks as required.
- Identifying market potential for customized solutions (including manufacturing, mixing, filling and reprocessing) and expanding the network in the pharmaceutical industry
- Contract negotiations with third party suppliers and various service companies in the areas of toll manufacturing and Filling , transport, storage and quality control
Completed business, technical or scientific studies related to chemistry, life science or a comparable field of study. - Experience as a coordinator in project management
- Experience in industrial project management in the pharmaceutical or food sector
- Previous experience in pharma or biopharma sales desirable
- Good communication skills, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as self-motivation and hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of English, other languages will be a plus
- Confident handling of the common Microsoft Office programs
- Mobility required
