Full Job Description
This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their collaboration needs, and effectively positioning and selling AV & Collaboration products and services. The Sales Specialist will work closely with prospects, channel partners, and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.,
- New Business Development
- Consultative Sales and Solution Positioning
- Relationship Building and Account Management
- Sales Strategy and Reporting
Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the AV collaboration industry or related technology sector. - In-depth understanding of AV collaboration solutions, including video conferencing, audio systems, collaboration software and related technologies.
- Experience and understanding of Public Sector tender process and framework management
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, articulate solution value, and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results orientated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Salary Package: £40,000 - £45,000, Company Car/Car Allowance, plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year - An inclusive workplace

Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday. We also offer the opportunity to benefit from a Core Hours arrangement (role-specific), providing flexibility around your personal needs
