Full Job Description

As an R & D Category Assistant at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.,

  • Day to day execution of analytical testing in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements.

  • Take ownership of allocated activities and projects within the category innovation pipeline, working in close partnership with R&D capability teams.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, quality and health and safety requirements for all analytical activities and team members.

  • Support the analytical feasibility stage of product development cycle for all agreed projects through to factory scale up working with the cross functional teams.

  • To communicate issues effectively and appropriately to ensure timely resolution with all relevant parties whilst maintaining the positive image of Reckitt and Digestive Health team.

    Degree level qualification, preferably in a Chemistry, Bio-Chem or Life Sciences discipline.

  • Knowledge and Understanding of HPLC in a working environment.

  • Experience of working within a laboratory in an analytical capacity.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

  • High level of accuracy in working practices with close attention to detail.

  • Ability to build strong networks across cross functional teams.

  • Comfortable working independently and partnering with cross functional teams.
